2. Service Scope

Al Amlaq delivers home cleaning, pest control, and drainage services. The exact scope is determined prior to team dispatch. Actual results may vary depending on the age, condition, and state of the property or fixtures.

3. Bookings & Confirmation

Bookings are considered confirmed only after our coordinator reviews the request, schedules a slot, and communicates the approximate price by call or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of emergencies or transit delays.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate descriptions of the property size, layout, and pest/drain issues. Customers must also ensure our team has legal access to the property at the agreed time, with basic utilities (water and electricity) available for tool operation.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel your service slot free of charge by notifying us via call or WhatsApp at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled team arrival time.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices provided during booking are estimates based on customer-provided details. If field inspection reveals major deviations (e.g. larger layouts or severe blockages), the price will be adjusted accordingly. Payment is due upon service completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we execute all services with professional care, Al Amlaq is not liable for pre-existing structural issues, old drainage line wear-and-tear, or fragile furniture fabrics that degrade naturally.

8. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
